Coordinate with our logistics team to arrange a professional collection from your home, or choose to drop off smaller accessories at your nearest NCF Living showroom.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once your items reach our warehouse, they will undergo a quality inspection, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
